The INTER-VISION Reader from INTER-ARRAY enables automatic evaluation of microarray-based multiplex analyses. Through intelligent spot detection and image analysis, the powerful detection software can evaluate arrays from low to high spot density. User-friendly operation of the software is performed on a separate PC supplied with the system. The entire process up to the customer-specific final report can be handled automatically. Export of data to various file formats and databases is also possible.
The INTER-VISION Reader is suitable for routine diagnostics as well as for applications in research and development. It can be used for DNA and protein multiplex analyses.
